Returns

To request a return, please email us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item you would like to return
  • The reason for your return

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered
  • In original condition
  • With original tags and packaging where applicable

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Items marked final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Worn or washed items
  • Items with perfume, deodorant, makeup, stains, or damage
  • Items returned outside the return window

Exchanges

If you need a different size or style, please contact us and we’ll help guide you through the exchange process when available.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
